Forget what you know about gap year travels...
We are focused on delivering creative workshops in to schools, orphanages and the local theatre. We develop workshops with students and young professionals in music, drama, dance, photography, art, and filming making. You have have workshops taught to you by local artists too. All volunteers stay together in a beautiful home and get to explore this unique part of Africa.
Our volunteers work with a local orphanage, a school and a streetchild rehabilitation centre. You have the opportunity to volunteer on creative workshops in drama, music, dance, art, jewellery and crafts.
You have workshops taught to you by local artists. Volunteers, students and locals learn from each other and work in a collaborative way on projects that are sustainable. All volunteers will be fully orientated with regard to the local culture, their workshops and ways to approach and run their projects. Days are busy and when your working it is challenging, exciting and exhausting as your workshops often lead to a presentation or exhibition by the children.
We organize weekend tours - adventures to the Masai mara and the Great Lakes to see wildlife and visit conservation projects. Then there's the white sandy beaches of the Indian ocean. If you're feeling really adventurous we do trips up Mt.Kenya and Kilimanjaro, not to mention magical safari tours on your doorstep.
